THINGS TO KNOW:

I LOVE GOOSEBERRY FALLS!!!  We have seen the falls in the winter, spring and summer and it is always a great view.  It is the gateway to the North Shore and is always very busy. This is one of the few state parks that don't require a permit since it is a rest area. While you are there, take the short walk and listen to the thunderous roar of the Upper, Middle and Lower Falls of the Gooseberry River as it plummets through a rocky gorge.
